Peru is celebrated for being a significant producer of fair trade organic coffee and like Mexican coffee, is generally grown out of small farms. While Peruvian coffees are not as recognised as other nearby regions; Colombia and Brazil, Peru produces some wonderful coffee with delicate woody aroma, silky, fruity sweet and well defined acidity.
