Since the 1700’s when the coffee plant was established in the country, Indonesia has been producing fine coffee. The Indonesian climate allows for a wonderful ageing process of the coffee and the farmers are able to store beans for long periods of time producing some fantastic coffee with mild acidity, full body and rich characteristics. The traditional ageing method or Vintage coffee is still very much sort after today. The intense Indonesian coffee is primarily farmed on the larger islands. Generally strong and smooth, earthy and full body.
